It may not hurt to ask if the Rottweiler rescue centre has a relationship with a reputable Rottweiler breeder or even find out if they have a relationship with a not so reputable one. You do not want a poor dog to go from one bad situation to another so just find out if they deal with any breeders in the area and then maybe find out from the breeders what happens to the dogs that the Rottweiler rescue centre brings to them.
